The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and certified Enterprise Project Manager with a strong background in leading enterprise-wide initiatives, implementing project management software, driving the creation, and updating of organizational dashboards. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise, including roles as a Program Manager and/or Project Manager, to drive the development of organizational and departmental roadmaps, deliverables, timelines, capacity, and dashboards. This individual contributor will play a crucial role in aligning projects with overarching organizational goals, fostering collaboration across the organization, and implementing software solutions to enhance efficiency. Product User Certification in Smartsheet is required.


Strategic Planning:

  • Ensure delivery of strategic initiatives orchestrating the monitoring of key deadlines, milestones, and process planning to enable transparency on execution among cross-functional groups
  • Establish/track operational metrics/KPIs and oversee the development of corporate operations dashboards that provides visibility into performance against corporate objectives and key results
  • Develop presentations on behalf of the Corporate Strategy/Senior Leadership Team for key constituents, such as the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, etc.
  • Support organization and execution of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, including event and logistics planning, tracking of action items, and corresponding with participants
  • Keep cross-functional teams on track with execution on activities that support corporate OKRs by designing and driving agenda for regular leadership updates and strategy planning sessions

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define deliverables, and establish project timelines.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among diverse teams to ensure a unified approach to project execution.

Project Roadmap Development:

  • Utilize project management methodologies to create detailed project roadmaps, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Align project roadmaps with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.

Timelines and Deliverables Oversight:

  • Lead efforts to define project deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Management and Functional Partnership:

  • Engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand their expectations and goals.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with functional leadership on departmental and cross-functional projects.
  • Lead key projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Implementation of Project Management Software:

  • Leverage experience in implementing project management software to streamline processes and eliminate administrative work across the organization.
  • Embed software solutions into organizational processes to improve workflows and enhance overall project management efficiency.

Enterprise Sprint Meetings:

  • Lead and own enterprise sprint meetings to ensure deadlines are tracked, met, and diagnosed in real-time.
  • Provide clarity, ownership, and real-time insights into project status to ensure deliverables are met.

Organizational Dashboards:

  • Build and own the creation and updating of organizational dashboards.
  • Ensure dashboards provide up to date, relevant, and actionable insights to support decision-making at various levels.


  • Product User Certification in Smartsheet is required
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in program and project management, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing project management software.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Ability to work collaboratively across distributed workforce
  • Possesses significant practical experience in project management (project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning)
  • Excellent organizational skills and capable of setting priorities and a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope
  • Proven accomplishment as a driver of multiple projects running concurrently
  • Exhibit good judgment skills on when to seek guidance and when to escalate risks and issues
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management (Scrum methodology preferred)
  • PMI Portfolio Management Professional and/or PMP Project Management Professional certification preferred
  • Experience with Jira or Monday.com and other project management tools is a plus
