COULD THIS BE YOU
You are an individual who possesses a passion for learning, teaching and mentoring others, while also having prior experience with vaccines and chronic condition medications, you also have a strong commitment to patient safety and enhancing patient experiences.
How You Will Get Things Done:
- Oversee the onboarding and orientation of new clinical support staff an manage ongoing training and development needs, which includes clinical assessment and active involvement in the hiring process to ensure appropriate staffing.
- Serve in a patient-facing clinical capacity as needed to ensure a superior patient experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional adherence to infection control measures, point of acre test/CLIA waived compliance, OSHA for healthcare settings and safe vaccine storage, handling and administration.
How You Will Build Trust:
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and effective communication skills to build relationships throughout the organization.
- Mentor, Support and develop new clinical support staff.
- Attend leadership meetings, conducting clinical staff meeting and huddles in collaboration with the Practice Manager with focus on staff engagement, providing office supervision in absence of Practice Manager.
How You Will Innovate:
- Communicate organizational and clinical changes positively, and champion support for all changes to ensure staff are informed, engaged, and empowered to adapt.
- Serve as a Village brand ambassador, building strong relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and community leaders to enhance our reputation and visibility within the community.
EXPERIENCE TO DRIVE CHANGE
- Current unencumbered license as an LVN/LPN or Certified Medical Assistant with 10+ years of experience.
- Experience with risk and compliance.
- Current BLS certification for healthcare providers preferred; required within 90 days of employment.
- High School Diploma/Equivalency required.
- Experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care or ER preferred.
- 3 – 5 years minimum clinical experience in primary care or similar practice setting with proven phlebotomy, lab processing and handling.
