Akido is rebuilding the healthcare experience from the ground up. Through early interventions designed around social determinants of health (SDoH), world-class care focused on chronic disease, and human-centered technology, we believe we can build a healthcare model that allows for all patients to live their fullest lives. We are a fast-growing, impact-focused, Y Combinator company created out of the University of Southern California’s D-Health Lab with the idea that empowering government, healthcare, and nonprofit services with population-based data could help usher in a new era of preventive public health. Today we are building a full stack medical network that leverages our predictive capabilities to provide a frictionless experience for both our patients and care providers.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator, Clinical AI to drive adoption of AI-enabled applications across clinics. Reporting to the implementation and success team, this role is highly visible on-site, ensuring providers and staff feel confident using our tools in daily workflows. You’ll partner with physicians, medical assistants, and clinic managers before, during, and after go-live. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with clinical experience—such as a medical assistant, scribe, or care coordinator—looking to pivot into a tech-forward role while staying connected to the clinical environment.

What you’ll do

  • Provide on-site onboarding and training for new users of AI-enabled applications.
  • Reinforce training with hands-on guidance and ensure staff adoption of key features.
  • Establish trust and rapport with physicians, MAs, and clinic managers by working alongside them in real-time.
  • Deliver just-in-time coaching and retraining to ensure user confidence and workflow alignment.
  • Identify and resolve common usability concerns directly in clinical settings.
  • Collect, triage, and escalate feedback impacting clinical workflows and product usability.
  • Collaborate with product and implementation teams to prioritize fixes and improvements.
  • Serve as a bridge between end users and internal teams, sharing insights that improve adoption and satisfaction.
  • Promote long-term customer success by reinforcing clinic-specific workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive engagement and optimize clinical experiences.

Who you are

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, working with doctors, MAs, or staff.
  • Strong understanding of real-world clinical workflows.
  • Passionate about using technology to improve care team efficiency and patient experience.
  • Skilled at building trust, communicating clearly, and listening actively in fast-paced environments.
  • Tech-savvy, able to learn new systems quickly and confidently troubleshoot for others.
  • Experience supporting or implementing new software in healthcare environments (preferred).
  • Comfort with training, onboarding, or teaching clinical teams (preferred).
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other commonly spoken language) to support diverse patient populations (preferred).

Benefits

  • Health benefits include medical, dental and vision
  • 401K
  • Long-term disability
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Life insurance
  • Paid Leave Program
