Today we are building a full stack medical network that leverages our predictive capabilities to provide a frictionless experience for both our patients and care providers.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior High-Volume Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for owning multiple requisitions, driving the hiring process end-to-end, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. What You’ll Do

Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple departments and roles.

Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, align on priorities, and create sourcing strategies.

Source, screen, and close candidates quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Drive consistency and data accuracy in our ATS (Greenhouse highly preferred).

Leverage tools such as Gem to build pipelines and track engagement.

Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, etc.).

Support employer branding initiatives and process improvements to help scale recruiting.
Who You Are

5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in high-volume hiring.

Experienced in startup environments; comfortable with ambiguity and quick pivots.

Proficient in Greenhouse ATS (required) and familiar with Gem (preferred).

Skilled sourcer with deep LinkedIn Recruiter experience and other advanced tools.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers and candidates.

Highly organized and able to manage 15+ open requisitions at once.
