Today we are building a full stack medical network that leverages our predictive capabilities to provide a frictionless experience for both our patients and care providers.
Operations & Performance Manager – Medical Group
We’re looking for an Operations & Performance Manager to join our team and help drive performance across our medical group. In this role, you’ll partner directly with leadership and providers to review financial and operational results (P&L, productivity, operating metrics) and turn insights into action.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical operations and business performance, supporting physicians while ensuring accountability and alignment across the organization.
What You’ll Do

Meet with providers to share and explain financial and operational results.

Translate data into clear, actionable insights that support clinic growth and performance.

Track and report on key metrics for leadership and providers.

Support process improvements by documenting workflows and best practices.

Act as a bridge between leadership and frontline providers, ensuring priorities are understood and executed.
What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical and communication skills—you can make numbers tell a story.

Comfort working with financial and operational data (P&L, productivity metrics, etc.).

Experience in healthcare operations, performance improvement, or related areas preferred.

Ability to build trust with physicians and clinic staff while driving accountability.
Work Location
- This is an onsite role based at our corporate offices in Pomona.
