The Opportunity

The Director, RCM Operations & Performance is the strategic orchestrator of our global revenue engine, reporting directly to the Head of RCM, HIM, & CX. You will hold the high-impact responsibility of synchronizing our high-volume internal offshore team with our specialized onshore RCM unit to ensure clinical activity translates into realized revenue. This is a pivotal role where you will design scalable RCM frameworks, partner with engineering to automate core workflows, and lead the billing implementation for rapid new market expansions. You will serve as the primary source of operational intelligence, providing the critical reporting that allows Corporate Finance to deliver transparent financial health updates to the CFO and Board of Directors.

What you’ll do

  • Global Team Leadership: Direct and synchronize the daily workflows of both the internal offshore and specialized onshore RCM teams to ensure high-complexity cases are handled by the right experts.

  • Operational Governance: Oversee the end-to-end claim lifecycle, performing weekly audits of adjustment logic and denial resolutions to ensure the global team meets internal quality standards.

  • Performance Accountability: Own the primary KPIs for the revenue cycle (Days in AR, Net Collection Rate, etc.) and lead the operational shifts required to fix root causes when targets are missed.

  • Market Expansion: Lead the RCM integration for all new clinic launches (e.g., Rhode Island, ECM), managing everything from provider enrollment to front-desk workflow design.

  • Clinical Partnership: Act as a liaison to Medical Directors, using data dashboards to help providers understand how documentation and chart-closing speed impact financial incentives.

  • Product & Automation Strategy: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the engineering team, defining requirements for billing automation and performing UAT for proprietary billing products.

  • Critical Reporting: Perform deep-dive research into billing system variances and deliver narrative analysis to Corporate Finance to explain performance to the CFO and Board.

  • Financial Close Integration: Partner with Accounting to ensure a timely 5-day month-end close by reconciling billing system activity with the General Ledger.

  • Cash Flow & NRV Modeling: Maintain the accuracy of Net Realizable Value (NRV) models and 90-day cash flow forecasts to support corporate capital planning.

  • AR Health Management: Conduct advanced aging analysis to determine true collectibility and provide data-backed write-off recommendations to the Accounting team.

  • Other duties as assigned.
