Strategy & Operations Manager - Sales
As a Strategy & Operations Manager at Aplazo, your mission will be to optimize our Sales team’s productivity and efficiency focusing on boosting sales growth. You will contribute to the team by working with data to report valuable insights and discover opportunities, by developing, implementing and maintaining sales processes and tools that boost growth, and by working with other stakeholder teams in order to identify business goals and work together to achieve them.
- Track and report long term sales data and metrics.
- Develop, implement and maintain sales processes and tools to optimize the Sales team’s productivity.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Work with stakeholder teams (such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations) to identify business goals and work in alignment to attain them.
- Create and maintain sales forecasts.
- Identify sales opportunities through data analysis.
- Train staff to understand and work with existing as well as new processes and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Moderate–advanced skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience working with SQL
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical position
- Advanced english
