Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to oversee and lead business partnership across the organization’s operational expense fields. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, combined with a strategic mindset and familiarity with the financial regulatory environment in Latin America. This role will report directly to the SVP finance and play a critical part in shaping our financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial analysis for various operational expense departments
• Keen focus on budget to actual variance analysis
• Ability to model short and long-term impacts driven by ROI analysis and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Working closely with the FP&A manager focused on top line metrics to develop a fulsome model
• Provide detailed and accurate inputs to develop and manage the overall financial model
• Strong understanding of key financial concepts including LTV, Customer Acquisition, Paybacks, and Cohort Analysis
• Ownership of monthly meetings with business leaders to ensure proper resourcing and cost allocations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a startup environment or investment banking background.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder management
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in financial software systems and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems is a plus (Oracle)
• Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in SQL
