By closing deals with new clients and expanding existing relationships, a sales executive drives revenue and contributes to the company's overall success.This role directly impacts Aplazo´s revenue growth and helps establish the company as a leader in the BNPL industry.

Key Responsibilities

Driving revenue, expanding the customer base, promoting the product's benefits, building relationships with potential customers, staying updated on industry trends, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or payment processing industry.
  • Customer relationship management: building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Knows how to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and convert them into customers.
  • Negotiation skills: In negotiating deals that maximize revenue and benefit both the company and the client
  • Team collaboration: A Sales Executive should have experience in collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Knows how to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and convert them into customers.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Years of experience, 4 years minimum in sales (Outbound).

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Create and analyze sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software: Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as HubSpot, to manage customer data, track sales activity, and analyze sales performance.
  • Knowledge of Payment Processing Systems: Basic understanding of payment processing systems and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of APIs: Basic understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and how they are used to integrate different software systems, including payment processing systems.
  • Social Media Skills: Knowledge of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Twitter, to use for networking, prospecting, and outreach.

Nice to have
