Role Mission:

The Talent Acquisition Jr. Manager is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while developing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. In addition to day-to-day recruitment, the role will actively shape and promote the company’s employer brand and drive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. This position partners with hiring leads to ensure staffing needs are met and promotes equity and Aplazo’s values and competencies in every step of the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • :Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
  • .Lead the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • .Collaborate with hiring managers to define key role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • .Identify talent pipeline gaps and implement proactive sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles
  • .Utilize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) to assess strategy effectiveness and optimize processes
  • .Continuously improve the recruitment process by leveraging data and insights
