Role’s Mission
The role´s mission involves managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on different digital channels to achieve growth objectives and generate business results.
The Paid Media Hacker primary goal is to drive an effective execution, implementation and optimization of the paid advertising campaigns of B2B and B2C.
Key responsibilities
Advertising campaign management: The Paid Media Hacker is responsible for execute paid advertising campaigns on different platforms, such as Google,TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta Ads, among others. This includes developing and optimizing ads, audience segmentation, and tracking campaign performance.
Analysis and optimization: It is essential for the Paid Media Hacker to continuously monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns. This involves tracking key metrics such as return on investment (ROI), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Collaboration with other teams: The Paid Media specialist works closely with other marketing teams, such as the content team, design team, account management team and sales team.

- Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends
- Deep knowledge and passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovation
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and focus
