Role’s Mission
The Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing data to generate insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in optimizing marketing initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations, managing projects, and ensuring execution excellence. Their insights will directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data to extract insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic recommendations to optimize marketing efforts / initiatives.
- Own and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, such as Hot Sale, Venta Nocturna, Hot Fashion, Back to School, Buen Fin, Christmas.
- Conduct competitive and user behavior analysis to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
Must have
- Experience: Marketing roles at: Fintech & Financial Services companies or CPG.
- Years of experience: 2-3 years
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM data and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with AI platforms.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- Soft skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Academic background (studies or certifications): Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or, Communication.
