As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aplazo, your mission is to fuel our growth by finding and engaging exceptional talent before the market does. You'll play a key role in shaping high-performing teams across technical and business functions—delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while driving strategic, data-informed hiring decisions that move the company forward.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic sourcing & active mapping by identifying and engaging top talent for diverse roles and teams. Proactively map markets, build pipelines, and stay two steps ahead of hiring needs.
- Manage end to end Recruitment processes for some roles.
- Run tailored sourcing strategies across both technical and business functions.
- Engage talent by crafting thoughtful outreach and building meaningful relationships with high-potential candidates. You’ll turn passive profiles into active, excited prospects—while delivering an exceptional, human candidate experience.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Head of People, Talent Acquisition members and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
- Contribute to building a data-driven People team to ensure objective decision making and influence our stakeholders.
Requirements
Must have
- Experience: As a sourcer or recruiter working for Tech companies (preferably start-ups) with fast-paced environments.
- Years of experience: 2-3
- Technical skills: LinkedIn use, sourcing techniques, ATS management,
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization and an excellent sense of urgency.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI for recruiting
Languages:
- Spanish:Native or advanced.
- English: Native or advanced.
