Role’s Mission
As CRM Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for leading our CRM efforts, focusing on developing and executing advanced and innovative strategies that personalize the customer journey and maximize engagement. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth to strategically define and drive initiatives that increase customer lifetime value.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for new and returning customers, overseeing the entire lifecycle from strategy to optimization.
- Automate communications to guide each customer's journey, increasing their lifetime value and engagement with Aplazo, leveraging deep understanding of customer segmentation and behavior.
- Manage the budget and monthly allocation for messaging platforms and marketing tools, ensuring optimal ROI and resource utilization.
- Design and implement A/B tests to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and optimize campaign effectiveness, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
- Track, analyze and publish results to identify key learnings and inform future iterations, providing strategic recommendations based on comprehensive performance analysis.
- Mentor and guide CRM Specialists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and credit teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and integrated marketing efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement in CRM processes and technologies, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
Must have
- At least 5 years in a marketing position managing CRM, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies at a senior level.
