The Opportunity:
We're looking for a sharp and proactive Product Manager to take full ownership of our Payments & Infrastructure domain. This person will lead the evolution of our in-house payment orchestration platform, scale connections with PSPs, and build infrastructure that supports scalable, resilient, and compliant payment and credit capabilities.

What You’ll Do:
- Strategy & Ownership
- Define and execute the payment orchestration strategy, improving conversion, reducing latency, and maximizing reliability.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our internal orchestration platform and third-party PSP integrations.
- Own technical product roadmaps that align with company priorities and market trends.
- Enhance Payment Capabilities
- Work with internal teams to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and deliver new payment features and services.
- Drive innovation in key areas such as repayment tracking, risk management, and customer experience optimization.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as authorization rates, transaction costs, and latency.
- Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
- Infrastructure & Scalability

- Collaborate with engineering to ensure platform resilience, scale, and compliance.
- Shape a long-term vision for infrastructure modernization—balancing innovation with stability and regulatory needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, business development, data science, operations, product, finance, and compliance to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Engage with external providers (PSPs, gateways, orchestration platforms) to understand capabilities and improve services
- Customer-Centric Problem Solving:

- Advocate for our customers by deeply understanding their needs and challenges with payments.
- Design and implement solutions that balance usability, scalability, and regulatory compliance while delivering value to merchant and consumer.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 3+ years of product management or 5+ of related business experience–a significant plus if in fintech, payments, consumer finance or e-commerce.
- 3+ years in scaling projects for backend systems or APIs
- Academic background: Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, OR technical fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills; able to drive complex integrations and identify opportunities. Solid grasp of APIs, data queries and analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders and partners.
- Highly skilled in prioritization and project management, with a focus on customer and business outcomes.
- Fluent in Spanish, and professional working proficiency in English
