Role’s Mission

As a CRM Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting Aplazo’s CRM efforts. You will help design, execute, and optimize campaigns that connect with our customers across email, in-app efforts, push, SMS, and WhatsApp. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, motivated to grow, and excited about contributing to impactful projects that enhance customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign execution: Assist in setting up, scheduling, and monitoring email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.

  • Customer journey support: Help implement automated communication flows to improve engagement and customer lifetime value.

  • Data-driven learning: Support in analyzing campaign results, building reports, and identifying insights to improve performance.

  • Testing & optimization: Contribute to A/B tests and learn how to translate results into actionable recommendations.

  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and credit teams to ensure seamless execution of customer communications.

  • Continuous learning: Stay curious about new CRM tools, strategies, and best practices to help the team grow and improve

Requirements

Must have

  • Experience:
    • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or related roles (internships or academic projects count).
  • Motivation:
    • Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a career in CRM and digital marketing.
  • Technical skills:
    • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
    • Willingness to learn SQL and CRM platforms
    • SQL knowledge is a big plus
  • Soft skills:
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn
    • Analytical mindset
    • Teamwork and collaboration
    • Attention to detail
    • Good communication and time management
  • Academic background (studies or certifications)
    • Bachelor’s degree
