Role’s Mission

The Creative Specialist will transform insights and brand goals into impactful ideas and concepts for campaigns, social content and brand communication. This role balances creativity with clarity, ensuring all executions reinforce APLAZO’s warm, transparent and user-friendly identity.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, social content and performance pieces.
  • Build creative routes, simple storyboards and moodboards.
  • Participate in brainstorms with designers, copywriters and insights teams.
  • Propose new content formats based on trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all ideas reflect APLAZO’s personality: human, clear and free of unnecessary jargon.
  • Support community and support teams with reactive or contextual content ideas.
  • Present creative proposals in a clear and structured way.

Requirements / Technical Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in creative roles (social, content, campaigns, or digital).
  • Basic knowledge of design or motion (conceptual level).
  • Experience developing concepts from idea to execution.
  • Strong ability to communicate and present creative ideas clearly.
