Aplazo’s affiliate channel sits at the intersection of performance marketing, product value optimization, and merchant partnerships. This role will own the end-to-end affiliate program strategy, execution, measurement, and growth, working closely with product, marketing, network partners, and merchant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
Program Strategy & Revenue Optimization
- Lead the design and execution of Aplazo’s affiliate strategy to maximize revenue generation across BNPL, Virtual Card, and other products.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to integrate affiliate insights into product value propositions and roadmap decisions.
- Define and refine program structure, incentives, and revenue-share models with affiliate partners.
Network & Merchant Account Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day operator for affiliate networks (e.g., Awin, Impact, Admitad, Soicos) and individual merchant programs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, placements, and promotional opportunities with merchant partners and network account teams.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring mutual growth objectives are met.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Establish clear KPIs and monitor performance across channels, campaigns, and partners (e.g., revenue, GMV, conversion rates, engagement).
- Conduct continuous optimization of affiliate placements, creatives, offers, and incentives based on data insights.
- Work closely with the Business analytics team Build dashboards and reporting processes to communicate performance and forecasts to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Merchants to synchronize affiliate initiatives with broader growth strategies.
- Educate internal teams about affiliate mechanics, impact, and performance drivers.
- Coordinate campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal pushes to maximize affiliate impact.
Requirements
Must have
- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, or performance marketing, ideally including work with affiliate networks or affiliate program management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop strategies that deliver performance growth and commercial impact.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, commission structures, and revenue share models.
- +5 Years of experience
- Technical skills: +3 years in digital marketing and affiliate marketing roles
- Soft skills: Strong commercial and negotiation skills, data-driven, structured decision maker, collaborative and cross-functional by default, high ownership and accountability mindset and being comfortable operating in ambiguity
Nice to have
- Proven track record in negotiating with partner networks and merchant stakeholders.
- Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, Impact, Admitad) and analyzing affiliate performance data.
