CRM Project Specialist

As a CRM Project Specialist, you will lead the design and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth and retention. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from definition and measurement to analysis and control—using a data-driven approach to enhance the customer journey and maximize business value.
Key responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead CRM projects through all phases: Definition, Measurement, Analysis, Implementation, and Control.
- End-to-End Execution: This includes hands-on campaign execution, rigorous A/B testing, and the technical implementation of automated communication flows.
- Growth Metrics: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as LTV (Lifetime Value), GMV, and Profitability.
- Data Strategy: Utilize SQL to segment audiences, build deep-dive reports, and identify behavioral insights that inform strategy.
- Process Optimization: Design scalable processes for automated customer journeys and lifecycle management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Credit teams to ensure seamless execution of complex customer communications.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in CRM, Growth, Product or Data Marketing, preferably in Startups/Fintech.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic SQL skills.
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with CRM automation tools.
- Understanding of Growth metrics.
- Soft Skills:
- Process-oriented.
- Results-driven.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent project management skills.
Academic background (studies or certifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing (Data-Oriented), Economics, Actuarial Sciences or related quantitative fields.
