Our Company
Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.
Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.
Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.
We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.
The Role
We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale the Revenue Operations function at Arch. In this role, you will oversee the systems, processes, reporting, and strategic infrastructure that power our go-to-market organization across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
You will manage and mentor a growing RevOps team while acting as a strategic thought partner to company leadership. This role sits at the center of the GTM engine – helping drive organizational scale through data-driven decision making, territory and account design, sales operations, and cross-functional alignment.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, managing people, and helping high-growth organizations scale efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the Revenue Operations function across Sales Ops and Marketing Ops
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 2 - 3 direct reports while building a high-performing and collaborative RevOps culture
Partner closely with leadership across GTM, Finance, and Operations to help shape business strategy and drive scale across the organization
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM reporting and ensure timely, accurate, and actionable business insights across the funnel
Drive strategic initiatives including: territory planning, account segmentation, target addressable market analysis, and overall sales operations
Help optimize the structure of the GTM organization as the business scales
Build and maintain scalable operational processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure across the revenue organization
Develop competitive account lists and identify opportunities to improve GTM efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure RevOps systems and workflows operate as a well-oiled machine across teams
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Leadership teams to improve alignment and execution
What We’re Looking For
10 - 12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or related functions
Experience leading and managing high-performing RevOps or GTM Operations teams
Strong strategic thinking capabilities paired with a willingness to execute in the details
Deep understanding of GTM operations in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment
Proven ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure and operational processes
Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a builder mentality
Bonus Points If You:
Have familiarity with financial services, fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments
Have experience at a Series B or similarly high-growth startup
