We are now looking for a Sales Director in the US. The ideal candidate should be a passionate and creative individual who has industry-specific experience, knowledge of the identity marketplace, access to relevant markets and decision-makers, is able to work in a very disciplined and independent manner and has proven abilities to lead complex sales processes in global organizations with multiple executive stakeholders and decision-makers

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise SaaS contracts.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share, achieve revenue targets, and drive long-term customer success.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to deal negotiation and contract execution, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across financial services, fintech, and consumer-driven verticals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and engineering teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to track sales performance, optimize outreach strategies, and increase conversion rates.
  • Champion our solutions by delivering compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in identity verification, AML compliance, KYC regulations, and fraud prevention.
  • Optimize and refine sales playbooks that enhance efficiency and scalability for future sales growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years successfully closing enterprise-class SaaS contracts to the financial services and/or consumer-driven verticals.
  • Proven success selling KYC and/or AML ,identity verification, biometrics, or data validation solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong strategic selling and consultative approach, with experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value negotiations.
  • Existing network and relationships within banking, fintech, payments, or highly regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of compliance, security, and fraud prevention challenges faced by enterprise clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales cycles, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills – capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
  • Passionate for emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation trends.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales intelligence tools (reply.io , LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and collaboration platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s degree is an advantage.
