The company’s future-proof product portfolio helps businesses provide frictionless customer onboarding and verification in 4-8 seconds while staying ahead of emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements. We are now looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to join the US team.

This role is designed for someone who is technically curious, customer-oriented, and eager to learn how to translate business challenges into technical solutions. You will partner closely with our Sales team, supporting customer engagements, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and solution design—while developing into a trusted advisor for prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Engineers and Account Executives in engaging prospects and customers by explaining AU10TIX’s solutions and how they solve real-world challenges.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) projects: setup, testing, monitoring, and preparing customer-facing summaries.
  • Learn to gather technical requirements from prospects and translate them into clear solution designs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align business use cases with AU10TIX’s SaaS solutions.
  • Contribute to responses for RFPs/RFIs and document technical requirements for internal teams.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams by sharing insights and feedback.
  • Continuously build your knowledge of fraud prevention, SaaS technology, and enterprise customer needs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (such as presales, customer success, project coordination).
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products, APIs, or software integration concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from peers in a global team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
