We are looking for a VP of Sales who will oversee all sales operations and initiatives across APAC, including strategy development, team leadership, and execution. This role requires a results-driven leader who can develop and implement innovative sales strategies, build relationships with key clients, and continuously optimize the sales process to drive performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and drives revenue growth across APAC.
- Build, guide and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, markets, and verticals. Drive the expansion of the company’s footprint and ensure sustained revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with other departments in the organization to ensure alignment and streamline sales efforts. Report regularly to the executive team on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a VP of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong experience in the IDV industry with deep knowledge of the market and competitive landscape.
- Experience in working in a global organization.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of sales professionals.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
