We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager (Temporary Position) to join our growing global marketing team and support our mission of helping the world’s leading brands prevent identity fraud. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to step into a hands-on, impactful position managing our core marketing technologies and operations.
The Marketing Operations Manager is a critical function supporting the AU10TIX demand generation and revenue teams. You will oversee all marketing systems and operations, including HubSpot management, the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and performance analysis on our digital properties, and operational support for our SDR organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, positive, highly analytical, and deeply motivated by the pursuit of operational excellence. You love dashboards, data analysis, marketing technology, and the ability to unlock performance through detail-oriented execution.
This is a temporary role that requires someone who can start immediately and deliver impact from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Own daily management, optimization, and troubleshooting of HubSpot including workflows, scoring, segmentation, assets, and reporting.
- Maintain and optimize the HubSpot–Salesforce bi-directional data flow to ensure accuracy, lead governance, and clear pipeline attribution.
- Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives on AU10TIX web properties, including testing hypotheses, executing A/B tests, and reporting performance.
- Manage and update the AU10TIX corporate website, ensuring best-in-class UX, accurate content, and ongoing improvements aligned with marketing priorities.
- Support SDR workflows and processes, including routing rules, lead enrichment, dashboards, and operational alignment.
- Develop and maintain real-time reporting and analytics dashboards to empower decision-making across marketing and sales.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder for the marketing tech stack, including evaluation and enablement of new tools.
- Drive operational processes that improve efficiency, scalability, lead flow, and performance measurement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations for a B2B SaaS or technology company in a global environment.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including system alignment with HubSpot, is an advantage.
- Proven experience with CRO techniques, A/B testing, and web management.
- Strong analytical capability with a passion for data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, generate analysis, and translate data into performance improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, structured organizational skills, and a high level of accountability.
- Proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to operate independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to execute efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
