As US Regional Sales Director, you will drive AU10TIX’s commercial growth and market expansion across the United States. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Americas, you will own regional revenue generation, execute a focused enterprise go-to-market strategy, and close high-impact, multi-year SaaS deals. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role for a senior enterprise seller who thrives in complex, compliance-driven sales cycles.
You will collaborate closely with US leadership, marketing, product, and customer success to position AU10TIX as a strategic partner for identity verification, compliance automation, and fraud prevention.
You will:
- Own the US regional market by leading all go-to-market and sales initiatives across priority verticals including FinTech, banking, payments, gaming, and insurance
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close, managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Develop and execute a territory and pipeline plan that supports consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Act as the primary owner of strategic opportunities and accounts, engaging stakeholders across compliance, risk, fraud, operations, technology, and executive leadership
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure successful customer onboarding, long-term value realization, and expansion opportunities
- Provide structured market and customer feedback to leadership to inform product roadmap, positioning, and regional strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling into regulated industries such as financial services, payments, FinTech, or compliance-heavy environments
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder, six- and seven-figure deals
- Experience selling KYC, AML, fraud prevention, identity verification, RegTech, or cybersecurity solutions strongly preferred
- Strong existing network across the US FinTech, payments, and digital identity ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to sell consultatively and navigate long, non-linear buying processes
- Excellent executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly self-directed, disciplined, and accountable with a strong bias toward execution
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
