Are you a creative, detail-oriented Product Designer passionate about crafting impactful user experiences?
AU10TIX is seeking a hands-on, outcome-driven UX/UI Product Designer to take ownership of the user experience across our products. This is a part-time role with real impact, focused on improving usability, completion rates, and overall product effectiveness across web, mobile, and internal console experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Own UX/UI for AU10TIX Products Lead the UX and UI design of our web app, mobile experience, and internal console, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across all touchpoints.
• Design from Insight to Impact Drive the full design lifecycle—from user research and flow definition through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI—while continuously iterating based on feedback and data.
• Run Experiments & Usability Testing Plan and execute usability tests and A/B experiments in collaboration with Product and Engineering to validate hypotheses and optimize key user journeys.
• Improve Completion & Conversion Metrics Identify friction points and design improvements that increase completion rates, reduce drop-offs, and improve task success across critical flows.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align user needs with business goals and deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the Design System Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring visual consistency and UX best practices across all interfaces.
Requirements
5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work on complex products, workflows, or systems.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
• Experience conducting usability testing and translating insights into design improvements.
• Familiarity with A/B testing or data-driven UX optimization (hands-on or collaborative).
• Proven ability to improve usability, completion rates, or conversion metrics.
• Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity with high ownership.
• Experience designing for onboarding, dashboards, or regulated environments
• Exposure to mobile UX and responsive design
• Background in simplifying complex, high-friction user flows
