AU10TIX is a global leader in AI-driven identity verification and fraud prevention, helping the world’s leading brands deliver fast, secure, and seamless user onboarding.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product initiatives across our web application and mobile SDK offerings. This role requires a strong B2C orientation — a product manager who understands mobile user experiences, customer-facing journeys, and how to build intuitive products alongside robust APIs and SDKs.

What you’ll do

• Own product initiatives for web and mobile SDK products from discovery to launch.
• Define requirements, prioritize backlog, and support roadmap planning.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality product capabilities.
• Help shape customer-facing experiences with a strong focus on usability, performance, and business value.
• Partner with developers on API-related product requirements and integration experience.
• Use data, user feedback, and market research to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.
• Define success metrics and monitor product health and adoption.
• Analyze funnels and user journeys to uncover friction points and drive conversion improvements.
• Plan and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses.
• Define tracking, KPIs, and dashboards to measure feature adoption, user behavior, and product performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of product management experience in a software company.
• Hands-on experience with B2C products or end-user digital journeys.
• Familiarity with mobile apps, mobile SDKs, and API-driven products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business opportunities into actionable product roadmap and features.
