This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, data analysis, and customer success. You will work closely with customer engineering and product teams, driving integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and using data to generate insights and improve performance.
This is not a traditional Customer Success role and requires hands-on technical understanding and confidence working with engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer, working closely with their engineering and product teams
- Support and optimize API integrations, data flows, and technical implementations
- Analyze data to identify trends, investigate issues, and provide actionable insights
- Translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively monitor performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve solutions
- Drive adoption of new features and use cases through data-driven recommendations
- Build strong relationships across both technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Customer Success, or data-focused roles
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
- Analytical mindset with experience working with data to generate insights
- Experience with SQL or similar data querying tools is a strong advantage
- Ability to confidently engage with engineering and technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and relationship building
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with large enterprise or tech platform customers
- Familiarity with BI or analytics tools such as SQL, Python, AI
- Background in identity verification, fraud, or fintech
- Experience working in APAC markets
