Description

The Network Operations Center (NOC) is primarily responsible for maintaining effective monitoring and alert management across the production environment. This includes end‑to‑end monitoring of data center infrastructure, servers, networks, services, and logs.

The NOC team provides 24/7 operational support to our global B2B customers, acting as the first line of support for initial incident detection and response, while working closely with multiple internal teams across the organization.

As a NOC Team Lead, you will serve as the direct manager of the NOC team, providing technical guidance, leadership, ongoing feedback, and assistance in cases. You will be responsible for ensuring team performance, adherence to operational procedures, and meeting defined KPIs and SLA targets, while continuously improving service reliability and operational efficiency.

What will you be doing:

  • Serve as the NOC team focal point.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Identify, alert, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, while following defined escalation procedures when required (Hands-On).
  • Respond to customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner, in accordance with documented SLA commitments.
  • Conduct regular reviews of system behavior to proactively identify potential risks or performance issues.
  • Deliver reliable and effective technical assistance to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a broad understanding of customer environments and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in NOC or other technical role.
  • Fluent English with strong verbal (phone) and written (e-mail) communication skills – MUST.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly, while maintaining focus and productivity – MUST.
  • Excellent customer service skills – MUST.
  • Experience in NOC / technical support - MUST.
  • Scripting skills - Advantage.
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner & details oriented.
