We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

The Account Manager is the end-to-end owner of the customer relationship, responsible for customer success, retention, adoption, commercial growth, and the overall development of the assigned account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing customers and serve as the primary point of contact and overall owner of the customer relationship.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Understand customers’ business needs, challenges, and priorities, and identify opportunities to add value.
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling where relevant.
  • Monitor account health, customer feedback, and potential risks, and proactively address issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Lead regular customer meetings, business reviews, and account-related discussions.
  • Manage commercial discussions, renewals, and contract-related activities in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with relevant customer insights and feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role within a B2B organization.
  • Proven experience managing and developing strategic or enterprise customer accounts.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity verification, fintech, or a related industry.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a proven ability to identify, develop, and close renewal, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple complex accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer environments and translate them into actionable account strategies.
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken.
