The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for building and owning execution of Blend’s Compensation and Benefits programs as we scale. Your primary focus will be supporting Total Rewards programs, such as quarterly compensation review process, market pricing project, and infrastructure building. In addition to C&B initiatives, you’ll work on and improve People Ops technology and processes. The position requires skills in managing projects from design inception through project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, report and track meaningful metrics and data analytics while being held accountable for data integrity to support People Ops and analytics
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize efficiency in People Ops processes and programs with a strong focus on technology and automation
  • Own compensation review processes and conduct ongoing competitive market pricing for assigned client groups
  • Provide analytical support and guidance to all the business partners
  • Own Radford survey submissions
  • Collaborate in building internal tools and training as it relates to compensation and people data
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and enhancements as needed within other areas of People Ops (i.e. leave of absences, payroll, and core HR).



Requirements

  • Relevant experience at tech companies
  • Preferably some experience in HRIS, ATS, and Benefits administration
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to make sound decisions
  • Project management experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $160,000 and $200,000. Beyond base pay, Blend benefits and perks are described below.

Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
