On the heels of our $122M USD Series D funding, we’re racing ahead with an exciting product roadmap and are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support our growth. Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue Operations, this role will focus heavily on driving operational excellence and enabling scalable revenue processes across the organization.

A Note on Location

We are excited to meet with qualified candidates and are grateful for everyone’s interest, however this is a hybrid position that requires applicants to be within commuting distance of Toronto and available to be onsite 1-2 days per week. All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Blue J.
You’ll help optimize go-to-market performance and drive operational excellence at a fast-growing company shaping the future of Generative AI for professional services.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders and team members to help streamline revenue processes, improve funnel efficiency, and turn data into insight-driven action. If you’re passionate about systems, strategy, and data and love solving complex problems, this role is made for you!

What You’ll be Doing

  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve how we work together, streamlining processes, accelerating pipeline progress, and keeping our data clean and our tools humming.
  • Maintain and enhance our key go-to-market platforms, like Salesforce and HubSpot, to support the team’s success.
  • Partner with revenue leaders and teammates to build meaningful dashboards and reports in our CRM and marketing tools, helping track KPIs and keep data accurate, current, and actionable.
  • Contribute to high-impact initiatives like campaign support, data enrichment, marketing event uploads, and gathering the right insights for focused outreach.
  • Support onboarding and enablement by helping communicate best practices and guiding team members on how to navigate systems and processes effectively.
  • Contribute to creating helpful resources, including process docs, data dictionaries, and enablement guides to make sure everyone’s set up for success.
  • Monitor data inputs in our CRM and regularly review the pipeline and closed deals to keep everything accurate and clean.
  • Assist with system integrations, tool evaluations, and broader data governance initiatives to help build a strong operational foundation.
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM teams and RevOps leaders on projects that improve how we operate and scale as we grow.

What You Offer Blue J

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations with exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations.
  • A proven ability to use systems and data to solve business challenges, improve processes, and drive revenue efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and HubSpot to support go-to-market teams.
  • Familiarity with engagement and insights tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Experience with customer success platforms like Planhat, Zendesk, Catalyst, or Gainsight.
  • Strong exposure to data enrichment and orchestration tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cloudingo, Openprise, or Traction Complete.
  • Understanding of lead routing and scheduling tools such as Chili Piper, LeanData, or RingLead.
  • Experience enabling and onboarding GTM team members on tools and processes, you know how to make complex systems feel intuitive.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and a passion for solving puzzles, you enjoy turning messy data into clear, actionable insights and stories.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator, you ensure no data point or stakeholder need is overlooked.
  • Highly adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset, you're always looking for ways to streamline and level up.
  • A passion for experimenting with AI tools to boost productivity across teams.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for building from the ground up.
