About Blue J

Blue J is the leading generative AI solution for tax professionals. As a B2B SaaS company, our customers are accountants and tax experts who rely on our market-leading software to deliver fast, accurate, and defensible answers to complex tax questions.
With the launch of our flagship generative AI product, we’ve consistently exceeded our revenue targets quarter over quarter and continue to accelerate our growth. Our product roadmap is ambitious, customer-focused, and designed to deliver exceptional value at speed.
On the heels of our $122M USD Series D funding, we’re racing ahead with an exciting product roadmap and are looking for a Manager, GTM Enablement to support our growth. Reporting directly to the President of Blue J, this role will focus on shaping how our Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams perform during a period of hypergrowth.

A Note on Location

This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of occasional in-person meetings at our Toronto office 2x a month and some travel for conferences.

The Opportunity

In this high-impact role, you’ll design and deliver onboarding, training, and resources that directly accelerate revenue and customer success. You’ll be hands-on from day one, while also bringing a strategic mindset to influence how enablement evolves as the company scales. This is a rare opportunity to build programs that matter, drive measurable results, and grow your career alongside a fast-growing Canadian SaaS company.

What You’ll be Doing

Enablement Program Development
  • Build and deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing learning programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
  • Create playbooks and repeatable enablement resources that support the full customer and partner lifecycle.
  • Partner with leaders to assess skills, identify gaps, and deliver targeted enablement interventions.
Content, Tools & AI Enablement
  • Develop and manage sales collateral, competitive assets, and training materials.
  • Support adoption of AI-powered productivity tools (conversation intelligence, content generation, knowledge management).
  • Ensure resources are accessible, current, and aligned to business priorities.
Performance & Insights
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Track ramp time, win rates, deal velocity, and partner performance to refine programs.
  • Share insights that shape enablement strategy and help identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Strategic Contribution
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships leaders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent positioning and messaging.
  • Contribute strategic thinking to shape the future direction of enablement, with potential to take on broader responsibilities as the function scales.

What You Offer Blue J

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM support roles in SaaS.
  • Proven success creating and delivering enablement programs that improve sales, customer, or partner outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered enablement tools and a curiosity to innovate with them.
  • Strong instructional design, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build trust across functions and with partners.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and shows clear potential to take on more strategic responsibilities over time.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment, balancing execution with growth potential.

What Success Look Like:

  • Everyone ramps up quickly and confidently — new hires, teammates, and partners reach productivity milestones faster with the right support and resources.
  • Enablement tools, playbooks, and AI resources are actively embraced across all revenue teams because they’re practical, accessible, and designed for how people actually work.
  • Our messaging is clear and consistent, and every team member — in Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships — feels confident telling the Blue J story.
  • We see measurable impact in performance indicators like win rates, deal velocity, and customer retention — and celebrate those achievements together.
  • You’re known as a trusted enabler and strategic partner, helping shape how our go-to-market teams learn, grow, and succeed.

What We Offer You

  • A rare opportunity to shape the future of enablement by building impactful programs, leveraging AI-driven tools, and collaborating across teams to drive meaningful results and grow your career as Blue J scales.
  • A mission-driven culture where your work directly advances clarity, efficiency, and accessibility in tax research.
  • Competitive base salary, stock options, and benefits designed to support you and your family.
  • Flexibility in how you work: primarily remote, with occasional travel to our Toronto office and conferences as needed.
  • A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team that values innovation, respect, and fun.
  • The excitement of a fast-growing, well-funded company with clear momentum, and the resources to back bold initiatives.
