About the Role

We are looking for passionate clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional care and are excited to be part of an innovative and evolving healthcare environment.

This role is hybrid, combining both onsite and virtual care. You'll have the opportunity to provide care in person at Brightline's clinic location, fostering a strong sense of community and connection with other clinicians, while also delivering flexible virtual services. • Provide care to adults, both young adults (ages 18-26) and/or parents of youth seeking services at Brightline, addressing their individual mental health needs, which are distinct from parent management training or caregiver-supported interventions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and other key stakeholders

  • Engage in peer consultation with the team of Brightline providers at your site.

  • Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Brightline’s ethical standards and clinical guidelines.

  • Engage in and uphold robust quality and participate actively in quality assurance processes

  • Engage in continuous professional development by completing required training, adhering to ethical principles of care, and staying up-to-date with Brightline’s care standards, tools, policies, and procedures.

  • Lead community engagement & outreach opportunities by participating in community support and marketing efforts, including initiatives to engage with schools, primary care offices, and other community stakeholders (e.g., hosting talks, creating educational content like Brightline videos).

Additional Opportunities:

  • Supervision & Mentorship: Potential opportunity to supervise and mentor postdoctoral fellows, fostering the growth of emerging clinicians

  • Clinical Leadership Growth: Potential opportunity to advance your clinical leadership career, with the potential to transition into a Managerial role, overseeing clinical team members, refining clinical protocols, and driving clinical quality initiatives.

  • Content Creation: Engage in content development for Brightline, contributing to educational materials (e.g., videos, articles) that inform and support both prospective and existing members.

  • Product Development: Opportunities to inform and influence Brightline's product design from a clinician’s perspective.

These additional opportunities may not be available at clinic open and may be available as the practice grows.
