  • Partner closely with Operations, Clinical, Growth, and Product leaders to translate business questions into data-driven insights.

  • Align teams around shared metrics and dashboards that drive transparency and informed decision-making.

  • Champion a culture of measurement, ensuring leaders have actionable insights at their fingertips.

Tooling & Architecture

  • Scale and optimize Brightline’s modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Stitch, Tableau, Sigma) to meet the needs of a growing hybrid care business.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure our data architecture supports scalability, reliability, and speed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and improve data workflows, automations, and processes to reduce technical debt and increase efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to enhance clinical and operational impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles managing people.

  • Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering cross-functional data initiatives in high-growth or healthtech companies.
