Technical Operations Analyst

The Technical Operations Analyst for CareBridge is responsible for assisting Director of Technical Operations to execute data integrations and requirements development with payers and third parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with data integrations with third-party vendors and payers, including inbound data, outbound aggregation and claiming integrations.
  • Collaborates with Director of Technical Operations to ensure integrations are effective and efficient.
  • Collaborates with Development and Product Teams on system issues.
  • Collaborates with clients on data and claim issues.
  • Monitors and reports out file movement gaps and irregularities.
  • Identifies areas for increased integration efficiency.
  • Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
  • Assists with development and maintenance of requirements for new implementations with payer partners.
  • Assists with research and resolution of operational data issues.
  • Assists with internal and external testing efforts for payer data integrations, third-party vendors, claims, and new features.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of operational experience in health care or technology.
  • Acute attention to detail to drive project implementation.
  • Self-starter who will take initiative and be proactive when there are multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of operational experience in health care or experience with healthcare data.
  • Experience in large scale healthcare or state Medicaid program knowledge.
  • General HCBS and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge.
  • Background in SQL queries and data analysis.
