The Role:
As an Operations Manager at Cart.com, you will oversee and execute all Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central activities to ensure our clients’ accounts are healthy, functional, and optimized. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing key catalog and account health initiatives, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with the Brand Management and Media teams. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operations, you will also manage and support offshore teams while driving process improvement and department initiatives.
Your expertise in Amazon platform management, team coordination, and process efficiency will be key in ensuring our clients achieve their business goals on Amazon.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the overall health and functionality of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts for a portfolio of clients.
- Oversee catalog management, content updates, and troubleshooting of listing issues to ensure product visibility and performance.
- Proactively monitor and address account health issues, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and optimizing account performance.
- Collaborate with Brand Management and Media teams to align strategies and ensure consistent execution of client goals
- Work closely with offshore teams, providing oversight, support, and prioritization to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report on key account metrics, including listing health, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline Amazon operations and enhance client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and offshore teams to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, best practices, and tools to continually enhance operations and account performance.
Who You Are:
- Experience and desire for ownership and accountability for several client businesses
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Strategic thinker, analytical, ability to learn quickly
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
- Very comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Drive, and various software
systems
- Forward-thinking, proactive and curious
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Amazing relationship building skills based around trust and accountability
- Excellent acumen- ability to make sound business decisions through data and analytics

What You’ve Done:
- 2+ years of experience within an operational capacity with Amazon, such as listing management, performance & account health, supply chain, and inventory management
- 1+ year of experience in developing and improving team performance in inventory or operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working in the e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Experience in a pre-IPO or fast-growth tech company.
