This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Garland,Tx and able to work 1st shift scheduled Monday-Friday 6:00am-02:30am with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs.
The Role:
The Inventory Control Supervisor reports into the Inventory Operations Manager and is a people leader to 6 team members.
This role is critical to the overall operational success and client value proposition provided by Cart.com providing expertise, leadership, project management, data analysis, problem solving and reporting to their assigned Facility and respective teams.
What You’ll Do:
Provide expectations and support in hiring and development of IC staff
Develop and deploy inventory strategy and process for inventory control team in support of organizational goals and direction.
Measure and report KPI and SLA performance.
Provide guidance for inventory analysis, SOPs, and Physical Inventories
Provide data for QBR presentations to review KPI/SLA performance, trend analysis, improvement plans, and WMS enhancement suggestions.

What You’ve Done:
4+ yrs experience in Inventory Control or equivalent environment
2+ yrs people leader experience within Inventory Control
Advanced level in Excel
Bilingual > Spanish
Top Candidates will also have:
2+ yrs experience in ecommerce 3PL or equivalent environment
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Monday-Friday full time hours + overtime each day
Salaried role with overtime hours need Monday-Friday
Able to lift 25+ lbs
