The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Media Strategy to develop and execute cross-channel media strategies that drive measurable business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the full digital ecosystem—including paid search, paid social, connected TV (CTV), programmatic display/video, email, and SMS—and the ability to create cohesive, data-informed media plans across all channels.

You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, and media buyers to craft strategic recommendations, forecast performance, and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop integrated media strategies and plans across paid search, paid social, CTV, programmatic, email, and SMS.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify audience insights, market opportunities, and channel efficiencies.
  • Build and manage media plans, budgets, and forecasts, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align creative and messaging with channel strategy.
  • Partner with HOK and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution, define KPIs, track performance, and produce post-campaign reporting.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance results to clients and senior leadership.
  • Stay current on emerging platforms, industry trends, and best practices to inform media planning and innovation.

Who You Are:

  • You’re a strategic thinker and analytical problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of data and creativity. You love connecting the dots across platforms, understanding how each channel contributes to the customer journey, and crafting integrated media strategies that perform.
  • You’re comfortable digging into numbers, translating performance metrics into actionable insights, and clearly communicating recommendations to stakeholders. You balance precision in media planning with a proactive, test-and-learn mindset—always looking for opportunities to optimize and innovate.
  • You take ownership, work collaboratively, and approach challenges with curiosity and confidence.

What You’ve Done:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, or performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience managing or planning campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic/CTV platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, MNTN, DV360)
  • Understanding of email and SMS marketing ecosystems and how they integrate into full-funnel media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to build and present media strategies with clear ROAS projections.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar) and attribution methodologies.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with media mix modeling, incrementality testing, or forecasting tools.
  • Understanding of creative testing frameworks and how creative impacts performance.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced agency or growth environments with multiple stakeholders.
