Summary:

Curana Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director of ACO Operations to lead and optimize our Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CMS ACO demographic, quality, and utilization metrics and system management, with a proven track record of managing relationships with both external affiliates and internal stakeholders. This role requires an individual who can effectively oversee complex system operations, ensure compliance with regulatory changes, and drive continuous process improvements to achieve our mission of innovating care delivery in senior living communities.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree required; master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Significant knowledge and experience in CMS ACO demographic, quality, and utilization metrics and system management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with external affiliates and internal stakeholders.
• Management experience working in MSSP ACO or Reach ACO operations.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• External Group Interactions: Provide oversight and management of interactions with external groups, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
• System Oversight: Oversee EHR systems, billing systems, and claims payment systems to ensure the ACOs receive all required data accurately and timely.
• Billing Management: Address and manage all billing bifurcation issues and related tasks to ensure financial operations run smoothly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage and train staff on CMS/CMMI regulations and program changes, ensuring the organization stays compliant with current standards.
• Education and Training: Develop and implement educational programs for both external partners and internal teams to enhance understanding and engagement with ACO initiatives.
• Health Equity Plan Oversight: Lead efforts to develop and oversee health equity plans, ensuring equitable care delivery across all populations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
