Curana Health is a provider of value-based primary care services for the senior living industry, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted & independent living communities, Memory Care units, and affordable senior housing sites. Location: Phoenix, AZ preferred with travel across the Western United States

Summary

The Senior Living Director of Implementation is responsible for overseeing new community launches in health care settings for the West region. Curana Health has experienced significant growth into senior living communities and plans to expand services across the Western United States. The Director of Implementation works hand in hand with regional leadership, community leaders, and inter-department teams to ensure teams are set up for success in every new community launch. Additionally, the Director of Implementation leads project management efforts when an exam room, clinic, or office needs to be established within a community. This is a remote position but will include travel to new communities. The Director of Implementation – West will report directly to the Sr. Director of Implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful delivery of Curana Health’s senior living products and solutions to communities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/partners throughout the project life cycle and manage every aspect of the client's deliverable, including planning, communication, risk assessment, internal and external timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with communities to understand and capture their business and resident needs, helping them define success criteria and business impact.
  • Lead implementations with setting proper cadence, monitoring project status and reporting progress updates.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through successful on-time delivery of defined project scope.
  • Proactively monitor engagement and program effectiveness to identify potential risks.
  • Establish exceptional rapport and trust with your communities and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Represent the voice of the community by clearly articulating community needs to our operational teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of community reference ability, experience, and health.
  • Manage community escalations and methodical approaches towards resolution
  • Drive successful implementations by coordinating tasks within the marketing, IT, operations, legal, contracting, business development, and accounting departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in project management, operations, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 2+ Experience with and knowledge of fundamental project management methods.
  • 2+ Experience with process improvement and desire to be creative in developing new processes.
  • Friendly, positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Understanding of clinical workflows
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Project Management software)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, taking initiative and proactively seeking out the information they need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members.
  • Ability to travel (up to 50%)
