Position Overview: Curana Health is seeking a dynamic Senior Associate for the newly established Partner Success function. Partner Success at Curana will be critical to retaining, engaging, and growing our senior living partnership base across Curana’s medical group and health plan. The Senior Associate of Partner Success will report to the Vice President of Partner Success and will have a background in healthcare consulting, strategic growth, and/or related functions. He/she will be a strategic and analytical thinker, passionate about analyzing disparate and often complex data sets, creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, and navigating a rapidly evolving organization. Given the role is new at a high-growth and rapidly evolving company, the candidate will have the proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of tools and systems to quantify and communicate Curana’s performance and economic impact, outcomes, and areas of opportunity
  • Analyze various financial, operational, and healthcare outcomes data sets in order to demonstrate Curana’s value to its diverse set of partners
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for relationship leads to use in Joint Operating Committee meetings and other partner reporting
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product, to drive Partner Success initiatives
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our Partner Success initiatives
  • Assist with day-to-day needs of Partner Success function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, but not required
  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, strategic growth, and/or related function
  • Superb Microsoft Excel skills and ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong interest in value based care, Medicare, and the senior living industry
  • Self-starter who can proactively identify and solve problems
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and support team members
