Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study and a minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following: information systems, computer networking, and systems administration.

Significant experience with multiple technical and business disciplines required; experience with highly complex systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities:

This role will be an integral member of a team driving cloud adoption across the enterprise, including continuously building and enhancing foundational cloud capabilities, while supporting application teams end-to-end.

This role will focus on administering all Admin Center services using Microsoft365 Admin Center. This includes expertise with Exchange Online (EO), SharePoint Online (SPO), Teams and Security. Administer licensing, user lifecycle processes, monitoring and reporting (Graph or Log Analytics). Azure administrative tasks include fluency with EntraID, RBAC role and group assignments, SSO setup and maintenance, storage administration, and distribution lists.

This role will require you to clearly communicate with stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal skills are essential to be successful in this role.

• Work with the Cloud Architect and Operations Manager to manage and maintain implemented services with 100% uptime.

• Participate in the implementation of Azure services that support business requirements and operational readiness while following best practices.

• Candidates must be familiar with IAM / Identity Lifecycle best practices such as Zero Trust, CAF, and CISA guidance and have a passion for maintaining security best practices.

• Participate in systems administration to support the Development Team.

• Serve as a strategist and advisor to the Architect and Operations stakeholders to continuously refine our systems administration practices for improved reliability, manageability and security.

• Experience with SaaS solutions that integrate with Azure AD (EntraID) and Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions. Azure ADDS, RBAC, PIM experience required.

• Basic administration skills required for performing M365/O365 Portal integration tasks for SharePoint Online / Exchange Online.

• Nice to have knowledge includes ADB2B, ADB2C, Defender, Azure Monitoring, FHIR API’s, Power Platform, Dynamics 365.
