Summary: The Curana Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Consumer Marketing. This role will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive resident awareness, engagement, and loyalty. The Director of Consumer Marketing will partner closely with the Curana Health Medical Group community leaders as well as stakeholders across product and innovation, business development, and finance to ensure every resident’s first touchpoints with Curana Health are positive. This role will oversee all consumer marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to community outreach, ensuring alignment with Curana Health’s mission and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize with medical group leaders, clinicians, and senior living executives to grow patient panel; develop key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and report on multichannel marketing efforts to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Direct primary and secondary marketing research, including focus groups and message testing to craft promotional initiatives driven by audience insights; be a subject matter expert (SME) in the senior living space
- Lead a high-performing and high-impact marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
- Serve as a champion of our patients’ activation journey, supporting both grassroots efforts and best practice dissemination as a bridge-builder across internal needs and perspectives
- Establish and improve marketing metrics across the funnel
- Manage consumer marketing budget and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives
- Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, ensuring alignment on brand, media, design, and communication strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Project Management software)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, taking initiative and proactively seeking out the information they need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
