Position Overview: Curana Health’s Medical Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Transformation for the newly established Transformation function. The Transformation function is accountable for managing the innovation and special projects pipeline, implementing new senior living partnerships and internal initiatives, integrating M&A, and managing ongoing partner relationships (“partner success”). The ideal candidate will have a consultative skillset – including Excel and PowerPoint skills and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will also have experience navigating matrixed organizations with a proven track record of “getting stuff done.” Finally, the ideal candidate will have a background and interest in healthcare and value based care arrangements, ideally within Medicare. Transformation at Curana has a broad scope, and our team could work across all elements of strategic initiatives, implementation, and ongoing partner success, enabling professional growth and no shortage of stretch opportunities to make an impact. The Manager of Transformation will report to the Director of Transformation.
Location: Remote with ability and willingness to travel 1-2 times per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of processes, tools, and templates to stand up new Transformation function
- Assist in standing up new processes to vet special projects and cross-cutting initiatives, including assessing business plans, financial pro formas, pilot plans, and KPIs
- Drive the design and implementation of special projects including running cross-functional workgroups, building initiative playbooks, developing impactful change management communications, and ensuring projects meet previously agreed upon goals
- Assist regional Directors and Senior Directors of Transformation in all aspects of partner implementation, such as collecting partner requirements, facilitating workgroups, delivering all components of the implementation “playbook,” and meeting contractual obligations
- Analyze various financial, operational, and healthcare outcomes data sets in order to demonstrate Curana’s value to its diverse set of partners
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to synthesize initiative design and implementation plans
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and others to drive Transformation initiatives
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our various Transformation initiatives
- Assist with day-to-day needs of Transformation function
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, but not required
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, implementation/operations, strategic growth, and/or related function
- Superb Microsoft Excel skills and ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Strong interest in value based care, Medicare, and the senior living industry
- Self-starter who can proactively identify and solve problems
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and support team members
