Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our fast-moving marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, has a sharp eye for detail, and is comfortable toggling between tactical execution and creative collaboration. You'll be involved in a little bit of everything—proofreading collateral, making front-end website updates, writing short-form content, branding presentations, managing files, and capturing key takeaways from meetings. In short, you're the glue that holds the marketing engine together.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Proofreading & QA:
- Review marketing materials (print and digital) for grammar, accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency before final approvals
- Partner with designers and content creators to ensure error-free execution
Content Support:
- Write blogs, flyers, and other short-form marketing content with editorial guidance from the Marketing Manager
- Assist with research, drafting, and editing to support member, provider, and partner-facing campaigns
Branding Support:
- Apply branded styles and formatting to PowerPoint decks, Canva templates using templates and direction provided by the Graphic Designer and Brand Manager
- Ensure all presentation materials are visually consistent, on-brand, and optimized for audience delivery
Website & Digital Support:
- Make light front-end updates to WordPress or similar CMS platforms (text edits, image swaps, link updates, etc.)
- Coordinate with developers or digital teams for larger enhancements
Project & File Management:
- Maintain organized filing systems for creative assets, marketing materials, and campaign records across shared drives and project tools (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint, or DropBox) with direction from our Marketing Specialist
- Ensure teams are working from the most up-to-date versions of templates, copy, and visuals
Meeting Support:
- Take clear, actionable meeting notes and circulate recaps with next steps
- Help schedule meetings, manage agendas, and track follow-up items
Marketing Operations Support:
- Assist in trafficking marketing projects across review stages, collecting feedback, and routing for final approvals
- Support event prep, print orders, internal requests, and cross-functional marketing needs as they arise
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role
- Exceptional attention to detail; proofreading skills are a must
- Comfort with front-end CMS tools (WordPress)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience using project management tools like Monday.com, or SalesForce
- Positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat)
- Previous experience working in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industries
- Interest in growing into content development, digital marketing, or brand strategy
