The goal is simple but critical: deliver a smooth, on-time implementation that meets client expectations and delivers real value from day one.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Implementation & Project Management

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for new partner senior living communities.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth deployments.

  • Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs, setting clear expectations, and providing consistent communication and updates.

  • Manage escalations professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly and thoughtfully.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Plan Management, Business Development, Clinical, and other internal teams to ensure alignment.

  • Coordinate handoffs from Sales and keep internal teams moving toward shared goals.

  • Identify and resolve gaps between teams to keep implementations on track.

Training & Enablement

  • Lead training sessions for internal teams and senior living staff on new systems, workflows, and solutions.

  • Ensure users feel confident and supported during and after implementation.

Process Improvement & Risk Management

  • Identify implementation risks, bottlenecks, and recurring challenges early.

  • Recommend and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and the client experience.

  • Develop mitigation plans and proactively manage issues before they impact timelines or satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in Medicare, with a strong understanding of plan implementation and healthcare operations.

  • 1+ years of experience partnering with or supporting senior living communities.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or sales-adjacent roles, with the ability to translate client commitments into operational execution.

  • 1+ years of experience leading or supporting complex projects, preferably in an implementation or project management capacity.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and navigate escalations effectively.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Clinical, and other internal teams.

  • Customer-focused, consultative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
