Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support Leaves & Accomodations, M&A HR operations, fleet management administration, credentialing assistance, compliance workflows, and Tier 1 HR Help Desk support.
Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery & Administrative Support
- Support M&A HR operations: pre-close data collection, file migrations, credentialing coordination, access provisioning, and day-1/onboarding waves.
- Administer fleet program documentation and compliance; manage forms, approvals, comms, and issue routing with Risk/Legal/ER as needed.
- Provide Tier-1 Help Desk coverage and execute defined HR transactions and compliance tasks (I-9, licensure, attestations).
- Partner with HR Ops/ER/Benefits/LOA to resolve cross-team items and maintain clean documentation for audits.
- Identify process friction and recommend SOP/KB enhancements to improve speed and accuracy.
LOA & Accomodations Support
- Own end-to-end LOA administration (FMLA, state programs, personal leaves) with vendor coordination; ensure timely notices, status updates, and Workday accuracy.
- Manage the ADA interactive process: intake, documentation, coordination with leaders, and outcome tracking; ensure regulatory compliance and fair practice.
- Guide leaders on work restrictions, RTW plans, and communications; reduce disruption and risk through proactive planning.
- Maintain clean, auditable records; generate LOA dashboards and trend analyses; flag patterns requiring policy/process remediation.
- Partner with ER/Payroll/Benefits to resolve cross-functional issues (eligibility, pay impacts, accommodations intersecting with performance).

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering LOA/ADA programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves).
- Strong understanding of federal/state leave regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with third-party leave administration vendors.
- Ability to manage sensitive medical and personal information discreetly.
- Strong communication skills in employee and manager support.
- Experience working in Workday or similar HRIS for leave tracking preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, credentialing, compliance, or administrative HR support.
- Ability to manage sensitive data, documentation workflows, and multi-step processes.
- Experience supporting onboarding, credentialing, or M&A transitions strongly preferred.
