Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing professional to support and enable our growing nationwide network of Community Engagement Managers, Directors of Clinical Operations, and community partners. In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as the primary marketing partner to field-based teams, creating marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, communication programs, and scalable resources that drive patient growth, family engagement, and community awareness across senior living communities nationwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and scale a newly created function, developing the marketing infrastructure, toolkits, and best practices that empower field teams to succeed in local markets. The ideal candidate brings a blend of field marketing, stakeholder partnership, and project management experience, along with a passion for creating practical solutions that help frontline teams drive growth and engagement.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build scalable marketing programs, communication strategies, and field enablement tools from the ground up.
  • Influence how marketing supports patient growth and engagement across a multi-site healthcare organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partner Success, Operations, and Clinical leadership teams.
  • Identify and scale best practices that improve local market execution and support field team success.
  • Make a meaningful, visible impact on patient growth, community engagement, and organizational expansion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the primary marketing partner to Curana Health's growing field organization, helping equip Community Engagement Managers and operational leaders with the tools, campaigns, and resources needed to drive patient growth and community engagement. You will build scalable marketing programs, streamline communications, and create practical solutions that support field teams across multiple markets while ensuring alignment with Curana Health's brand and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Community Engagement Managers, Directors of Clinical Operations, and cross-functional leaders to understand field needs and develop marketing strategies that support patient growth and community engagement.
  • Create and maintain field-facing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, event materials, presentations, toolkits, playbooks, templates, and other sales enablement resources.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel communication programs across email, SMS, patient and family outreach, and other digital engagement platforms.
  • Build scalable processes, tools, and best practices that improve consistency and execution across a growing nationwide field organization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partner Success, Operations, and Clinical leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational growth objectives and field priorities.
  • Identify successful local marketing and engagement strategies and scale them across communities and regions.
  • Partner with creative and content resources to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent execution across all field-facing materials.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and project timelines.
  • Track program effectiveness and field engagement metrics, using data and feedback to continuously improve tools, campaigns, and marketing support efforts.
  • Travel periodically to support community visits, field onboarding, training sessions, team meetings, and other growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 4-7 years of experience in field marketing, community marketing, marketing operations, sales enablement, or a related marketing function.
  • Experience supporting field-based, customer-facing, business development, outreach, sales, or operational teams.
  • Proven ability to create marketing collateral and enablement materials, including presentations, toolkits, playbooks, brochures, event materials, templates, and digital assets.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel communication programs across email, SMS, CRM platforms, and other digital engagement channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes, tools, and resources that improve consistency and execution across distributed teams.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and partnering with leaders across marketing, operations, and growth-focused teams.
  • Willingness to travel for community visits, field onboarding, team meetings, and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting field-based sales, community engagement, outreach, or growth teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, home health, multi-site healthcare, or other community-based service organizations.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and field-facing marketing resources.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, project management, and communication platforms.
  • Experience building programs, processes, or marketing infrastructure in a growing organization.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across multiple markets or regions.
  • Understanding of patient acquisition, community engagement, referral development, or growth-oriented marketing strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with operations, clinical, or partner-facing teams in a highly matrixed environment.
