Job Description

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

  • Support the administrative needs of new programs for Devoted Medical through process design, problem escalation, etc.

  • Maintain a positive relationship with Provider groups to ensure a productive relationship for all involved

  • Maintain the back-office infrastructure for DMG (including electronic health record, fax line, and visit scheduling systems)

  • Maintain Devoted Medical Clinical Staff calendars for availability.

  • Onboarding/Offboarding of Devoted Medical employees

  • Communicate frequently with team members and leadership; ensure all follow up tasks are completed timely

  • Manage and maintain Collaborative Practice Agreements including renewals and compliance requirements ensuring that we maintain 100% compliance

Required skills and experience:

  • 2+ years professional experience, at least one of which is in medical administrative or medical group support role

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and shift quickly

  • Ability to engage with stakeholders (patients, colleagues, and clinicians outside the organization) from a variety of backgrounds, organizational levels and cultures

  • Demonstrates confidence in both personal knowledge and the ability to seek assistance when needed.

  • Proficient in solving complex problems while maintaining enthusiasm for executing detailed tasks and achieving goals.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Extra interest in experience implementing and managing Collaborative Practice Agreements

Salary range: $21-$30

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
